Justin Ware, Warehouse Media Service
For the better part of the last decade, I've been trying to find creative ways to tell a story. My career started in a one-man TV newsroom in Missoula, Montana; brought me to CBS and NBC stations in Wisconsin; to the University of Minnesota; to a small Twins Cities PR firm; to managing my own business; to where I am now - Director of Social Media at Bentz Whaley Flessner where I'll help BWF's clients strengthen their fundraising programs using video and new media tools. |

While at the U of M, I was part of the team that built the U's incredibly successful Youtube channel (one of the most popular, Emmy-winning higher ed videos in the world can be found on the U of M's Youtube channel). We also developed a presence on Twitter and Facebook that allows the U of M to speak with the news media and directly to the University's supporters and stake holders.
During my time in TV, I had the privilege of covering the 2004 Presidential election in a battleground state, the excitement of following wildfires in the west, major sporting events and the interesting day-to-day stories of not-so-ordinary Americans.
Now I'm happy to be back in my home state of Minnesota where I live with my beautiful wife Paige in south Minneapolis. The environment, the great outdoors and the Minnesota Vikings mean a lot to us and we love heading back to our hometowns of Cold Spring and New Ulm to visit family. I spend (sometimes a little too much) time on Twitter ...and I'd love to have you say 'hello' in a tweet!
